Shipping & Pickup
There are two ways to get your Pacific Airshow merchandise: pick it up at the show, or have it shipped to you.
Pick up at the Pacific Airshow 2026 merch stand
Buying before or during the show? At checkout, choose Pick up at the Pacific Airshow 2026 merch stand and collect your order in person at the official Pacific Airshow merch stand at Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, on 14-16 August 2026. Pickup is free. We'll email you when your order is ready to collect, so bring your order confirmation to the stand across the event weekend.
Shop at the show
You can also shop the full range in person at the official merch stand at Surfers Paradise throughout the event weekend, 14-16 August 2026.
Shipping, Australia-wide
Prefer to have it delivered? We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post or standard courier. After the event, all orders are fulfilled by shipping.
- Processing: orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- Standard (Australia): 3-7 business days once dispatched.
- Express (Australia): 1-3 business days once dispatched.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.
International shipping
We currently ship within Australia. If you are outside Australia and would like to place an order, contact us at info@pacificairshow.com and we'll do our best to help.
Refund & Returns
We want you to love your Pacific Airshow merchandise. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the ACL.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change-of-mind returns, 30 days
We also offer a 30-day change-of-mind return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible the item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, and you must provide proof of purchase. To start a return, email info@pacificairshow.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Please wait for us to confirm and provide return instructions before sending anything back. Return address: Pacific Airshow Pty Ltd, 1/28 Expo Court, Ashmore QLD 4214, Australia. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your own cost and we recommend a tracked service.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is faulty, damaged, or you've received the wrong item, contact us at info@pacificairshow.com as soon as possible. Where an item has a fault covered by the consumer guarantees, we will cover reasonable return postage and provide a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Non-returnable items and exchanges
Certain items can't be returned for change of mind, including gift cards, sale items, and personalised or custom-made products, unless they are faulty or not of acceptable quality under the ACL. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at info@pacificairshow.com.
Privacy Policy
Pacific Airshow Pty Ltd (ACN 647 800 539) ("Pacific Airshow", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information when you use this online merchandise store, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, order details and account information.
- Payment information: payment card details are collected and processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
- Information collected automatically: device and browser information, IP address, and how you interact with our store, through cookies and similar technologies.
- Information from third parties: such as our ecommerce platform (Shopify) and payment processors.
How we use your information
We use your personal information to process and fulfil your orders, manage your account, provide customer support, send you updates and marketing where you've opted in, detect and prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations, and improve our products and services.
Disclosure of your information
We may disclose your personal information to service providers who help us run the store (including Shopify, payment processors, and delivery partners), and where required or authorised by law. Some providers may store or process data overseas; where this occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs.
Cookies and marketing
Our store uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics and, where enabled, advertising. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies. With your consent we may send you news and offers; you can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Transactional messages relating to your orders will still be sent.
Accessing your information and complaints
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information by emailing info@pacificairshow.com. If you have a privacy complaint, please contact us first. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) on 1300 363 992 or at oaic.gov.au.
Terms & Conditions
This online store is operated by Pacific Airshow Pty Ltd (ACN 647 800 539) ("Pacific Airshow", "we", "us", "our"). By placing an order through this store you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Products and pricing
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, where applicable, are inclusive of GST. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatching. Product images are for illustration; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges we've received your order; a contract is formed once we dispatch the item(s). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where stock is unavailable or an error has occurred, and will refund you in full if we do. Payment is processed securely at checkout and orders are not dispatched until payment is received in full.
Delivery, returns and consumer guarantees
Delivery and pickup are handled in accordance with the Shipping & Pickup section above; timeframes are estimates only. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. See the Refund & Returns section for how to make a return or claim. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual property and liability
All content on this store, including the Pacific Airshow name, logos, designs, artwork and images, is owned by or licensed to Pacific Airshow Pty Ltd and may not be used without our written permission. To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the consumer guarantees, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product, supplying an equivalent, or refunding the price.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
